We subsequently made the switch to Worldpay, and we haven’t looked back.”   

Virtual Terminal and Pay by Link

A Worldpay customer since late summer 2023, Nova Bussing uses the Worldpay Virtual Terminal and Pay by Link payments capabilities.

Virtual Terminal allows Nova Bussing to leverage a web-based payment application that makes it possible to accept credit and debit card payments without a traditional credit card terminal.  

Additionally, Worldpay implemented a Pay by Link solution for Nova Bussing that allows the company’s customers to easily pay using a credit or debit card through a secure URL provided via email, text or other communication channel. Once a customer clicks on the link, they’re directed to a secure page to complete their purchase using their preferred payment method.

James specifically cites Worldpay’s service as being a very important area for Nova Bussing.

“The support we receive from our Worldpay rep has been first class,” he notes. “From our initial meeting at our office to getting us up and running, he has been on call and helped us with the transfer to the Worldpay payments system. Our implementation was extremely efficient, and the documentation provided helped our sales and operation teams quickly understand and become proficient with the new setup.
