Something for Everyone Solves Its Omnicommerce Challenges by Turning to Worldpay
A nonprofit organization, Something for Everyone is a thrift and consignment shop located in Crystal River, Florida, where the majority of their customers are U.S. veterans and whose proceeds from sales all go to assist veterans in need.
According to Theresa Gersbeck, one of the store’s owners, she was seeking an easy-to-use and manage payments system and was referred to Worldpay by their financial institution, Suncoast Credit Union.

SaferPayments eases PCI DSS compliance process
Something for Everyone relies on the Worldpay SaferPayments program for help with the mandated Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS is a set of global industry security requirements that provide a baseline of technical and operational standards designed to ensure that all organizations that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information – regardless of size or processing volume – maintain a secure environment and protect all payment data.
SaferPayments includes access to Worldpay’s specific, web-based SaferPayments portal, telephone, email and chat support six days a week, periodic email reminders about maintaining compliance, pre-population of up to 90% of a customer’s specific PCI DSS self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) if using certain Worldpay products and more.
iQ analytics and reporting
Worldpay iQ is an analytics and reporting tool that tracks payment processing data, gives merchants business-impacting insights and helps them run their operations more efficiently. With iQ, Theresa and the Something for Everyone team can view sales data reports and payment processing history, including statements and reconciliation data.
Commerce360 makes omnicommerce easy
To make payments simple and provide small businesses with an easy-to-use portal to manage their website, inventory and marketing efforts, Worldpay and GoDaddy have partnered to deliver Commerce360.
An all-in-one omnicommerce solution, Commerce360 features a custom website that integrates with GoDaddy’s smart point-of-sale options and allows small retailers to accept payments across channels – in-store, online or on-the-go – with flexible payment options like digital ordering, touchless payments, mobile wallets and buy online/pick up in-store, among others.
The efficient setup of Commerce360 also allows merchants who use it to be operational quickly.

According to Theresa, “We have not experienced many issues at all as things have been very smooth so far. For someone like me who’s not very computer literate, everything has all been very simple to use.”
