We are delighted to announce that as of 16 January 2018, Worldpay and Vantiv Inc., one of the leading payment processers in the US, merged, creating a leading payments provider with unique capabilities to help SMEs grow and succeed.

The new company will retain the Worldpay name and its international headquarters will be in London. We will continue to serve over 280,000 UK and Ireland customers from our Customer Support Centres in Gateshead and Manchester. Combining forces will enable us to process more than 40 billion transactions annually, through more than 300 payment types across 146 countries and 126 currencies. At this time, we’d like to reassure you that offering a reliable and secure payment service for your business will remain our number one priority.
