How long does a refund take?

Card payments can take up to 10 working days to reach your customer's account, but Alternative Payment Methods can take longer. When a payment has reached the REFUNDED (or REFUNDED_BY_MERCHANT) status it indicates that the issuer is processing the refund and the shopper will receive it.

You can see payment statuses in the Merchant Admin Interface by clicking TRANSACTIONS in the left menu and clicking the Payments tab.
