Worldpay appoints Sir Michael Rake as Chairman

Worldpay is pleased to announce that Sir Michael Rake will become Non-Executive Chairman on 1 September 2015, subject to regulatory approval. He succeeds John Allan who announced in May this year that he was to step down as Chairman. John will remain a Non-Executive Director of Worldpay.
