New Worldpay and Socratic data reveal holiday shopping preferences this holiday season.
What's topping the wish lists this holiday season? Are consumers shopping online from the comfort of home or visiting their favorite stores in person? How are they paying for their purchases?
The answers to these questions aren’t as obvious as they may have been in recent years. The increased adoption of digital payment technologies and shoppers’ preferences for “right here, right now” and cross-channel commerce is changing how they browse and buy.
To get a better idea about how all this affects holiday shopping in 2018, Worldpay and Socratic Technologies partnered up to find out. With 1,018 total respondents, the results paint an interesting picture of how consumers are getting into the holiday spirit this year.
