We surveyed consumers about their delivery preferences and asked them if they wanted delivery of goods to be quicker or cheaper? Pay to get next-day delivery or wait and get it delivered for free? These are the dilemmas that confront countless consumers, so knowing what the answers are can be invaluable for a retailer.
In September we hosted our first ever Rethink UK. With some 158 customers and prospects gathered at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London, our mission was to empower our delegates with knowledge that will help them ramp up their payments strategy and make a real impact in their business.
