How do I stop or reverse a bankout payment?

To stop or reverse a bankout request, please contact Corporate Support immediately.

Your Corporate Support Manager will check the status of the Bankout and advise if we are able to stop or reverse the payment.

If our bank has already processed the payment, you will need to contact the beneficiary to retrieve the funds.

If the funds have been instructed to the wrong beneficiary, you should request a recall with the help of your Corporate Support Manager.
