You can request proof of payment by emailing support.investigations@worldpay.com with the:
- Beneficiary Name
- Payment currency and amount
- Transaction date
- Payment and/or merchant reference
When we have internal access to the proof of payment, we try to provide this on the same working day, but it may take up to 3 working days.
If we need to contact our external provider, it may take up to 5 working days.
