Amazon voucher: Terms and Conditions

This promotion applies to applications who have registered an interest in Worldpay and boarded as a Worldpay customer during the promotional period from 1 October to 30 November 2015 for a service consisting of Worldpay acquiring, Worldpay terminal or Worldpay gateway and subject to the exclusions and limitations below. Each successful applicant in accordance with these terms shall be entitled to one £100 Amazon voucher. Each boarded customer shall only be entitled to one voucher even if they have more than one outlet/store.

This offer isn’t available to:

  • customers choosing the following products without also taking a qualifying service – Virtual Terminal, Pay By Link, Pay as you go pricing and Zinc
  • customers who are account managed by Worldpay as a Corporate account and/or who have an annual turnover of more than £1 million.
  • customers who are or have had a service from a member of the Worldpay group of companies

The voucher will only be issued in the name of the customer and not to an individual employed by the customer.

Provided that the terms are complied with, Worldpay will contact you directly by email to arrange for the £100 Amazon voucher to be sent to you. You will then need to confirm your details in a website

You consent to us using your name and contact details to pass these details to the nominated third party who will issue the voucher to you. The voucher will only be sent to the email address provided in your application form.

Worldpay’s standard account opening procedures will apply and you will need to be accepted as a merchant of Worldpay. A successful application is defined as a business live with Worldpay and where direct debit payment authorities are in place. The issue of the Vouchers are also conditional on you retaining Worldpay services at the time of issue and the voucher will only be provided once you have been boarded by Worldpay. If Worldpay is required to terminate services or refuse an application to the referral merchant, no Vouchers will be issued.

Worldpay reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time for any reason. The offer is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The rules to the promotion may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of Worldpay.

This promotion is only applicable to merchants and business associates incorporated in the United Kingdom & the Republic of Ireland.

Worldpay accepts no responsibility for the operation of this scheme neither does Worldpay accept any liability in the event that the vouchers become valueless or unusable. To receive you voucher you must have received the Amazon specific welcome email and then entered your email and customer number into the portal highlighted in this communication. If both of the above have been done, then you should receive your voucher in up to 10 days from entering details to the portal. If after this time you haven’t received the voucher, then please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your welcome email then this may be because your application is still being processed.
