Get started in 6 steps

1. Application is being processed

We will carry out a few checks before you get started. If you hear nothing from us, please contact your sales representative.

2. Set up Your Worldpay Dashboard account

In the meantime, you will receive emails outlining how to log in to Worldpay Dashboard. You can track the status of your application, use virtual terminal, review your transaction history and monthly invoices, manage disputes and chargebacks and access support articles. You will need to access Worldpay Dashboard to set up other items such as mobile wallets.

3. Try your integration

Through Worldpay Dashboard you can use Try Mode to simulate Virtual Terminal and Pay By Link transactions. You can also generate Try API credentials to test the integration with your website.

You can also create additional Dashboard users for your developers or Virtual Terminal users.

4. Complete your website integration

You will need to connect your website to our Worldpay eCommerce solution. Access the Developer Documentation (or via Worldpay Dashboard) and plugin guide to guide you through the technical steps. Please share this guide with the web developers that are helping you complete your integration.

Check that your website is compliant with our guidelines. You can find a list of compliance rules in the Customer Operating Instructions.

5. Switch to go live

You will receive an email when you are approved for live transactions. Please use the Worldpay Dashboard to generate the live API credentials. Then switch to using the live credentials from the test ones. You will then be ready to accept online payments from your customers.

6. Receive settled funds

Once all application checks are complete, you will be notified that funds will be credited to your settlement bank account for all transactions you have processed to date. You can view all your transactions from Worldpay Dashboard.
