Important changes to the price you pay for transactions

Q: Why is my pricing changing?

A: We are making changes in response to recent announcements from Visa and MasterCard. Both card schemes are updating the fees that they charge with effect from January next year. At the same time, we are working towards harmonising our pricing structure to create a more consistent pricing approach across our customer base. As a consequence some of the fees you pay are changing.

Q: How will this change affect me?

A: As all businesses are different the extent to which these changes will impact you will depend on the volume and value of your card transactions.

Q: What is a Minimal Monthly Service Charge (MMSC)?

A: An MMSC is applicable to all customers who use our standard pricing package.  It covers the ongoing costs of maintaining and servicing your account.   In the event that your monthly acquiring fees are less than the MMSC, these fees will be rounded up to this minimum monthly amount.   However if your monthly acquiring fees already cover the MMSC fee, this charge will not apply.   It is also not applicable for customers using our Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan.  For more information about PAYG www.worldpay.com/uk/sme/pricing 

Q: When will these changes take effect?

A: Your new fee structure will apply from 1st January 2017 and you will see these changes detailed in your February invoice, delivered the first week in February 2017.

Worldpay Benefits Club

Q. How do I activate my Worldpay Benefits Club membership?

A: To receive your 18 months free Worldpay Benefits Club membership, you’ll need to log on to www.worldpaybenefitsclub.rewards by 30th November

Q: How do I know my Worldpay Benefits Club membership has been activated?

A: Once your membership has been activated you’ll receive a welcome email and your membership card through the post.

Q: Where will my membership card be sent?

A:  Your Membership details will be sent to your primary email address within 24 hours of you receiving this offer and your physical card will be sent to your billing address. If you need to make any changes to your contact details, please contact worldpay@huddlebuy.co.uk.

Q: Are all benefits free?

A: Many benefits are free, but there are some that are available at a significantly reduced rate.

Q: Is there a limit to how many benefits I can redeem?

A: No, there is no limit to the number of benefits you can access with the Worldpay Benefits Club.

Q: Where can I find the terms and conditions?

Q: What happens once my free membership ends?

A: Your membership will expire automatically after the 18 month free period.  

Q: What happens if I cancel my Worldpay service entitling me to this promotion?

A: If you cancel your Worldpay service, your Worldpay Benefits Club access will be revoked.

Q: If I have any problems with my card, or I forget my login details, who do I contact?

Q: How do I redeem benefits?

A: Log onto the website once you receive your login details and you will have immediate access to the benefits available. Browse the website and follow the onscreen instructions to claim your discount.

Q: How do I make sure I receive all member updates on the special offers?

A: To ensure that you receive email announcements from us on latest offers, please add worldpay@huddlebuy.co.uk to your address book. You will receive all email communication on the email address you used to register for the Worldpay Benefits Club.

My Business Dashboard

My Business Dashboard – Is our online tool which allows you to access your monthly invoice and transaction history.  You can also view and compare sales trends, which can help you manage your cash flow better and work smarter.   For more information visit mybusiness.worldpay.com

Q: How do I check if my business has access to My Business Dashboard?

A:  My Business Dashboard is available to all eligible Worldpay UK SME customers.   If you have already been boarded onto the My Business Dashboard portal you would have been advised by letter and also by email.   If you are still not sure please contact 0345 761 6263.

Q: Will there be a charge for this service?

A: New users will enjoy the benefits of Full Membership free for 3 months.  Following the 3 months of free Full Membership customers can automatically continue to use this service for an additional fee or review other membership options which include our free Lite Membership with reduced features.  You’ll have access to your invoice in both membership types.

Q. Can I receive a paper invoice?

A: Yes, customers using My Business Dashboard can elect to receive an additional paper invoice.  Please note additional charges will apply.
