Page Description - Login Page

Use the Login Page to login to the Merchant Interface.

The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page, top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

User-name

Enter your user-name. An example user-name is accounts@myco

Password

Enter your password. An example password is worldpay123

Forgotten your password?

Select this link if you have forgotten your password. The Forgotten Your Password page opens so you can request a new password.

Login Button

Select this button after you have entered your user-name and password to log in to the Merchant Interface.

Clear Values Button

Select this button to clear any incorrect text that has been entered in the user-name and password fields.

 

Page Description - Login Details Page

Use the Login Details page to change your login details the first time you login to the Merchant Interface.

The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page, top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

Password

Enter your current password.

New Password

Enter the password you want to use from the next time you login. This should be eight characters or more with two or more non-alpha characters (numerals or symbols) in the first eight characters.

Confirm

Re-enter the password you want to use from the next time you login.

 

Page Description - Forgotten Your Password Page

Use the Forgotten Your Password page to get a new password if you have forgotten yours.

The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page, top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

User-name

Enter your user-name. An example user-name is accounts@mycompany

Administration code

Enter your administration code.

Email address

Enter the email address you want your new password to be sent to. This must match the email address entered in your user profile. If you have changed your email address since then and your user profile has not been updated, your entry will not match your user profile and your request will fail you will need to contact your Administrator or, if you are the Administrator, contact WorldPay.
