Forgotten your Password?

If you can't remember your login password:

The Account Login page will be displayed, select one of the Login buttons (the choices are: Production or Test).
The Login page will be displayed, enter your user-name and password and select the Login button.
Select the Forgotten Your Password? link that appears just below the user-name and password fields.
The Forgotten Your Password? page is displayed.
Enter your user-name in the User Name field.
Enter your administration code (or partner code if you are a partner user) in the Administration (or Partner Code) field.
Enter the email address we have on record for you (as specified in your user profile) in the Email Address field.
Select Generate and Send Password.
The first part of your new password will be displayed on screen and provided that the details you have entered match our records, the second part will be emailed to you.

If your attempts to complete the Forgotten Your Password? page fail, you will need to contact your Administrator.
