You are able to administer and manage your account details and users through the Merchant Interface.
Options relating to user configuration and updating your user details are found in the user management menu.
Options relating to account configuration and updating your contact details are found in the Profile menu. Using these options you (or if applicable, your Administrator) are able to set up and change how your account is run.
Options available in the Profile menu include:
- setting a lower limit for transfer of funds. This means the WorldPay Payment Service will only transfer funds to you that are above a certain level which you specify. Refer to Set Minimum Remittance Amount for further details.
- configuring capture options. Refer to Set Capture Delay Options for further details.
- configuring email notifications. Although the Merchant Interface displays details of the status of your payments you may want to receive alerts via email. Refer to Set Up Email Notifications for Payments and Set Up Email Notifications for Disputed Payments.
- viewing and maintaining your contact, invoice and bank details. Refer to Change your Contact Details, Change your Invoice Details and View your Bank Details.
