Create a New Agreement

The WorldPay Shopper Management System automatically creates an account when you set up a FuturePay agreement with an online store. The account is based on the agreement details, as arranged between you and the online store.

To set up a FuturePay agreement, please contact the online store. WorldPay is unable to set up a FuturePay agreement directly.

Once you have set up a FuturePay Agreement, your Shopper Management System login details are displayed on a confirmation screen on the online store's secure payment page and are also sent to you in an email by WorldPay. This username and password provide access to your account in the Shopper Management System. For more information, please refer to Log in to the Shopper Management System.
