Cancelling an agreement

To cancel a recurring payment agreement and stop your card from being debited, you can either contact the store with which you have the agreement and ask them to cancel it for you, or alternatively, cancel it yourself online, using the Shopper Management System.

Note: the store is responsible at all times for any queries relating to the payment and fulfilment of your order/agreement. As a Payment Service Provider, WorldPay only provides online stores with the ability to accept card payments securely over the internet, we are not able to cancel your agreement or provide you with a refund.
