Disputes and chargebacks

Cardholders generally have the right to be reimbursed by their card issuer if they claim they did not make a payment. The card issuer would normally request further information from you or WorldPay, to help them validate the cardholder's claim.

There will always be a risk that the funds related to a fraudulent payment have to be returned - after goods or services have been delivered.
