Transaction Service Charges:
- 3.95% on the value of all transactions e.g. credit and charge cards.

Optional services
- Mail and telephone order payments - FREE. Standard transaction service charges apply.
- Recurring payments - NZD 340.00 one off setup fee.
Additional charges
- Additional Currencies: Three currencies are provided as standard part of Internet Merchant Account. NZD 170.00 per additional currency.
- Disputed payments - NZD 35.00 for every chargeback arising from a disputed payment
- Settlement: - settlement in NZD for a NZ bank account is NZD 7.00. Settlement not in NZD to a NZ bank account is charged at the currency equivalent of GBP 10.
