What notifications can I receive for Bankin, Bankout or Liquidity Funding payments?

When you make a Bankout, you can receive notifications confirming when the payment has successfully been sent to our bank partner or that the payment has been returned  to you.

When you receive a Bankin or a Liquidity Funding payment, you can receive notifications to confirm when the payment to your WPAP account has been received or that the payment has been returned.

These notifications can be sent by email and an API connection. You can have emails sent directly to the recipient of the payment, providing the email address has been included in the payment instruction.

All notifications are optional and can be set up through your Implementation Manager.

We are not able to send a notification at the time the recipient receives the funds into their bank account as this is not information available to us.
