A MAS account could be locked:
- When the account has not been accessed for more than 45 days
- After three attempts entering an incorrect password
- If a previously locked account is not accessed the same day as it is unlocked. When a user has been locked by a super user
Unlocking MAS accounts requires dual approval i.e. approval by two MAS users with appropriate permissions. Please contact your Admin User to request to have your account unlocked.
