How do I request a Bankout payment reversal?

If you want to reverse a Bankout payment that you've already submitted, you should email support.investigations@worldpay.com with the payment details. Your request will be actioned as soon as possible, however, once a payment has been processed by our bank, it is too late to request a reversal.

If the Bankout payment was made with incorrect details, then it may be possible to recall this payment from our bank, but we cannot guarantee it's success.

If we are not able to recall the payment, the only way to reverse the payment is to contact your customer or supplier to ask them to return the funds.
