If you have not received a credit to your account for expected Bankin funds (3 business days from transaction date) or EFTIN funds, you can raise a non-receipt-payin (NRP) request by going to the Non-Reciept Payin tab on MAS and clicking the Request NRP button.
- To raise a Bankin NRP request, choose Bank Transfer as the payment method.
- To raise an EFTIN NRP request, choose Real-Time Transfer as the payment method. This will indicate the information required to complete this request.
Note: Your proof must contain: Worldpay Account, Merchant reference, Amount, Currency and Date.
