How do I raise a Non-Receipt Payin (NRP) request when a Bankin or EFTIN I'm expecting hasn't been credited to my account?

If you have not received a credit to your account for expected Bankin funds (3 business days from transaction date) or EFTIN funds, you can raise a non-receipt-payin (NRP) request by going to the Non-Reciept Payin tab on MAS and clicking the Request NRP button.

  • To raise a Bankin NRP request, choose Bank Transfer as the payment method.
  • To raise an EFTIN NRP request, choose Real-Time Transfer as the payment method.  This will indicate the information required to complete this request.

Note:  Your proof must contain: Worldpay Account, Merchant reference, Amount, Currency and Date.
