How do I find more information about Bankin payments not credited to my WPAP account?

To find more information on a non received payment, you can raise a non-receipt claim from the Merchant Administration System. You can choose whether the enquiry is about a regular Bankin or RTBT (Real Time Bank Transfer) payment. Once selected, some data fields need to be filled before submitting your request.

For all Bankin deposit queries, a proof of payment must be attached to the request.
