How are fraudulent Bankin payments dealt with?

If we receive notification from our bank that they believe a Bankin payment is fraudulent, our risk team will review the evidence. If we believe a payment is fraudulent, we will contact you for permission to return the funds back.

In some instances, our bank will debit our account without our permission. If this happens, we will debit your account, provided there are sufficient funds, and inform you of the reason for the debit.
