Our partnership with SAP Hybris is a perfect example of one of this. Working with Hybris, we recognised early on the symmetry between our two solutions, in that between our two propositions, one offering a scalable ecommerce platform, and the other a suite of payment services, we could jointly provide businesses with a complete end-to-end global solution. From the official announcement launching our partnership in 2014, to becoming the first (and only) Gold Accredited Hybris payment partner in 2016, to being nominated as the ISV Solution Partner of the Year in 2017, I could not be prouder of our achievements together.
This strong relationship has allowed us to create some really exceptional solutions for retailers. At the heart of our partnership lies our AddOn. This integration connects SAP Hybris (OCC, B2C, B2B + Yaas) to the Worldpay global payment and fraud services infrastructure. Not only is our AddOn superior in quality and speed, but it’s been built with a focus on how businesses that use the Hybris platform want to trade globally. We’ve taken a look at their varying needs to produce a solution that brings significant value to our mutual customers.
A great explanation of the benefits of this AddOn, comes Patrick Finn, from one of our key friends at Hybris and Global Vice President of Strategic partnerships, who explains, "By adding Worldpay's pre-built integration into our Hybris Extend marketplace, our customers can now benefit from access to a global, secure, multi-currency and multi-payment platform that saves them time and money. Hybris Extend is an important program for our customers, our partners and Hybris. It offers our customers direct access to pre-integrated partner solutions reducing implementation time and increasing our customers' ROI."
A huge part of our success has been in working with e2y, who have built our market-leading integration. To date, we have 30+ enterprise customers using our solution, and together have pushed the boundaries of a classic transaction processing/ platform integration, by taking payments beyond commerce, mobile and omni-channel into virtual reality. We are delighted that their innovative approach and code quality has been recognised, having been awarded the Global innovation partner of the year at the 2017 SAP Hybris Summit. On behalf of the team, we’d like to wish them a big congratulations – and very well deserved.
2017 is going to be a record breaking Hybris and Worldpay year – I am really looking forward to expanding our Hybris proposition further through extending our integration to Hybris marketing, working with our Hybris eco system, and culminating in seeing all our partners at the annual summit in October. Thanks to both Hybris and e2y for all their hard work with us!
