Major Systems Upgrade
Callback Test Failure
Dear Customer,
As we informed you in our recent email, WorldPay begins a major upgrade of its technical systems at 00.01 GMT, 30 October, 2003.
We have been running a series of tests as part of our preparations for this upgrade to ensure that our new WorldPay servers can contact the system hosting your Callback functionality. Our tests have shown that we are currently unable to to contact your system. This means that though you will still be able to process payments through WorldPay after the upgrade, you may not be able to receive the normal Callback responses.
